The Town Council started its new year last night. I love that some of our first actions were to hear about the upcoming Wakefield Farmers Market season, approve a 2nd year of the Girl Scouts of Wakefield - MA Kindness Rock Garden and support the 74th annual Wakefield 4th Of July Parade and West Side Social Club events/fireworks. Thank you to Girl Scout Troop 62842 for my 'Be Unique" kindness rock. I can't wait to see what rocks will "grow" there this summer.

We also approved a new policy ... See more
